I trust that all had a great Thanksgiving holiday. I know that we had a wonderful time at our home and one of the best Thanksgiving meals I have had in quite a while. I would like to thank Nancy, Amy, Ashley and Emily for preparing us some great food.
As we each prepare for the remainder of the holiday season let us all take time and give thanks. Take time to pray for our church and it’s spiritual growth. Take time to pray for the lost this world over. Take time to pray for our government leaders that they make may good sound decisions for our country. Take time to pray for our military who work daily to help to ensure we stay a free nation. Take time to pray for those that are in bad health. Take time to pray for yourself that you may be the person God would have you to be. Take time to pray, you cannot go wrong by praying. James 5:16 tells us that “…The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.”
